For business consulting services, we will bill you at the hourly, per-project or retainer rate described in your contact. We typically request a deposit at the beginning of your contract with the balance due within 30 days of the monthly invoice date.
For administrative support services, we will bill you on a monthly basis if you are also a consulting client. If you are not a consulting client, we will bill you on a weekly basis.
For social media management, we will bill you on a monthly basis.
For most services, we will simply bill the payment method you have on file with us. For consulting clients, you may pay your monthly invoice by major credit card, check or cash.
We guarantee all services, but the diversity of customer perceptions and rapidly changing business environment make guarantees of consulting services difficult. If you are unsatisfied with our consulting services for any reason, the terms of your contract will denote any refund or cancellation options.
If you become unsatisfied with administrative support or social media management, you may cancel at any time.
